MILLESIME 2024 :
Harvest began on 17 September.
A very difficult year marked by frost, hail and mildew attacks.
Given the wet spring and summer, the vines were tired.
The vintage is very small in quantity, producing a wine with low alcohol content but good acidity.
MILLESIME 2023:
A very promising vintage! A very mild winter, a fairly wet April, and a wet start to spring, but one that allowed for beautiful flowering. Harvesting began on 7 September with high temperatures. 2023 is an expressive vintage typical of Chablis, with freshness without excess and pleasant fruitiness.
MILLESIME 2022:
A very early vintage, with the harvest beginning on 5 September. A hot, sunny year.
The estate has been labeled "Vineyards & Discoveries" since early 2024!
April: We enter the period of lowering: it consists in hanging the rod with the internal wire to stop the circulation of the sap.
Mid-May : The period of lowering is over! We are waiting for repairs in the vineyards. We are also in the period when grass grows a lot with the rain. So we plough and mow the vines.
Beginning of the raising : consists in raising the wires in order to accompany the vegetation and allow the vine to grow vertically.
For the mechanized part, we do tricks with our UV panels so that the vine is more resistant to abiotic stress (frost, water stress, etc.) and fungal diseases.
